अवघुष्टं च यद् भुक्तमव्रतेन च भारत।
परामृष्टं शुना चैव तं भागं रक्षसां विदु:॥ ५॥ |

| हे भरतनन्दन! जो अन्न लोगों में घोषित किया गया है, जिसे व्रत न करने वाले मनुष्य ने खाया है अथवा जिसे कुत्ते ने छुआ है, वह भी राक्षसों का भाग माना गया है॥5॥ |
