आशौचो ब्राह्मणो राजन् योऽश्नीयाद् ब्राह्मणादिषु।
ज्ञानपूर्वमथो लोभात् तस्याधर्मो गवानृतम्॥ ४५॥ |

| हे राजन! जो ब्राह्मण अपने घर में अपवित्र होकर भी लोभ के कारण दूसरे ब्राह्मण के यहाँ श्राद्ध का भोजन जान-बूझकर ग्रहण करता है, वह भी गौ के नाम पर झूठी शपथ लेने का पाप करता है ॥ 45॥ |
