मेदानां पुल्कसानां च तथैवान्तेवसायिनाम्।
कृतं कर्माकृतं वापि रागमोहेन जल्पताम्॥ २२॥
अनुवाद
जो उच्च वर्ण के लोग राग और मोह के वशीभूत होकर अपने द्वारा किए गए अथवा न किए गए शुभ कर्मों का जनता को वर्णन करते हैं, वे मेद, पुलक और निम्न वर्णों के समान माने जाते हैं॥ 22॥
Those people of the upper castes who, under the influence of passion and infatuation, narrate to the public the auspicious deeds done by them or not done by them, are considered to be equal to the Medas, Pulkasas and the lower castes.॥ 22॥
