| इस संसार में ब्राह्मण ही सबसे श्रेष्ठ है - यह कथन प्रतिपादन है, क्षत्रिय की श्रेष्ठता ही इसका उत्तर या सिद्धांत है। आपने कहा है कि ब्राह्मण और क्षत्रिय दोनों ही प्रजा की रक्षा के उद्देश्य से संपन्न हैं; परंतु उनमें यह अंतर देखा जा सकता है।॥16॥ |
