सम्पूर्ण जगत् को भोगने वाले और अविनाशी भगवान् विष्णु ही हैं, जो अनेक रूपों में विभक्त होकर नाना प्रकार के भूतों का रूप धारण कर रहे हैं और जो तीनों लोकों में व्याप्त होकर सबका भोग कर रहे हैं ॥140॥
The only one who enjoys the entire universe and is indestructible is Vishnu, who, divided into many forms, is assuming the forms of various entities and who, being spread in the three worlds, is enjoying everything. ॥140॥
