ततो देवगिरौ तस्मिन् रम्ये पुण्ये सनातने।
न शर्वं भूतसंघं वा ददृशुर्मुनयस्तदा॥ ३॥
अनुवाद
उस समय जब ऋषियों ने उस सुन्दर, पवित्र और सनातन देवगिरि की ओर देखा, तो न तो उन्हें वहाँ भगवान शिव दिखाई दिए और न ही भूतों का समूह ही दिखाई दिया॥3॥
At that time, when the sages looked at that beautiful, sacred and eternal Devgiri, they neither saw Lord Shiva there nor did they see the group of ghosts. ॥ 3॥
