यदि तुम महाप्रयाण करना चाहते हो, तो निराहार रहकर प्राण त्यागने तक उत्तर दिशा की ओर निरन्तर भ्रमण करो। जब शरीर अचेत हो जाए, तो वहीं सो जाओ और ईश्वर का ध्यान करते हुए प्राण त्याग दो। ऐसा करने से वह पुण्यात्माओं के पवित्र लोकों को प्राप्त होता है।
If you wish to make a great departure, then remain fasting and move towards the north continuously until you die. When the body becomes unconscious, then sleep there and concentrate on God and give up life. By doing this he reaches the pure worlds of virtuous souls.
