अथवा म्लेच्छदेशेषु तत्र तत्फलतां व्रजेत्।
नरकं प्रेत्य तिर्यक्षु गच्छेदशुभदानत:॥

अथवा म्लेच्छ देश में जन्मा मनुष्य वहीं अपने पापों का फल भोगता है। अशुभ दान से पाप होता है और उसका फल भोगने के लिए दाता नरक में या मृत्यु के बाद पशु योनि में जाता है।
Or a man born in a mlechha country gets the fruits of his sins there. An inauspicious donation leads to sins and to suffer the consequences of that, the donor goes to hell or to animal species after death.
