स्थाने संशयितं देवि शृणु तत्त्वं समाहिता।
संशयो हि महानेव पूर्वेषां च मनीषिणाम्॥ |

| श्री महेश्वर बोले, "देवी! तुमने ठीक ही शंका की है। अब एकाग्र होकर इसका वास्तविक उत्तर सुनो। यह महान शंका पूर्वकाल के महर्षियों के मन में भी रही है।" |
