श्रीमहेश्वर उवाच
ब्राह्मणान् वेदविदुष: सिद्धान् धर्मविदस्तथा।
परिपृच्छन्त्यहरह: कुशला: कुशलं तथा॥ ४७॥
वर्जयन्तोऽशुभं कर्म सेवमाना: शुभं तथा।
लभन्ते स्वर्गतिं नित्यमिहलोके तथा सुखम्॥ ४८॥ |

| श्री महादेव जी बोले - देवी! जो कुशल पुरुष प्रतिदिन सिद्ध, वेद-ज्ञाता और धर्म-ज्ञाता ब्राह्मणों का कुशल-क्षेम पूछते हैं तथा अशुभ कर्मों को त्यागकर शुभ कर्म करते हैं, वे परलोक में स्वर्ग और इस लोक में शाश्वत सुख प्राप्त करते हैं।।47-48।। |

| Sri Mahadev Ji said - Devi! Those skillful people who daily inquire about the well-being of the Siddha, the Veda-knower and the Dharma-knower Brahmins and abandon inauspicious deeds and perform auspicious deeds, they attain heaven in the next world and eternal happiness in this world. 47-48. |
