दण्डी छत्री च कुण्डी च द्विजानां धारणस्तथा।
षण्मुखो वै बहुमुखस्त्रिनेत्रो बहुशीर्षक:॥ १४८॥ |

| वे ब्राह्मणों के चिह्न अर्थात् दण्ड, छत्र और कमण्डलु धारण करते हैं। कभी उनके छह मुख होते हैं और कभी अनेक मुख होते हैं। कभी उनकी तीन आँखें होती हैं। कभी वे अनेक सिर बनाते हैं॥148॥ |

| They wear the symbols of the Brahmins, i.e., a staff, an umbrella and a waterpot (kamandalu). Sometimes they have six faces and sometimes many faces. Sometimes they have three eyes. Sometimes they make many heads.॥ 148॥ |
