शष्पं मृगमुखोच्छिष्टं यो मृगै: सह भक्षति।
दीक्षितो वै मुदा युक्त: स गच्छत्यमरावतीम्॥ ४०॥
अनुवाद
जो मृगाचार्य-व्रत की दीक्षा लेता है और मृगों के साथ रहते हुए उनके मुख से छीनी हुई घास को प्रसन्नतापूर्वक खाता है, वह मृत्यु के बाद अमरावतीपुरी को जाता है।
One who takes the initiation of Mrigacharya-Vrat and happily eats the grass plucked from the mouths of deers while living with them, goes to Amravatipuri after death.
