| भीष्मजी कहते हैं - राजन! तत्पश्चात महर्षि विनतानन्दन गरुड़ की सम्पूर्ण पूजा करके अपने-अपने आश्रमों को चले गये और वहाँ शम-दम के अभ्यास में लग गये। |
