हे साधु! जब तुम विनयपूर्वक अपने शरीर को कष्ट देकर किसी का उपकार करते हो, तब वह समझता है कि तुम अपने ही बल से पराजित हो गए हो; इसीलिए तुम दुबले-पतले और गोरे होते जा रहे हो॥ 14॥
O Sadhu! When you do a favour to someone by hurting your body out of politeness, then he thinks that you have been defeated by your own strength; that is why you are becoming thin and white.॥ 14॥
