सत्सु नित्य: सतां धर्मस्तमास्थाय न नाशयेत्।
यो वै जयत्यधर्मेण क्षत्रियो धर्मसंगर:॥ १५॥
आत्मानमात्मना हन्ति पापो निकृतिजीवन:।
अनुवाद
सज्जनों का धर्म सदैव सज्जनों में ही रहा है। अतः उसका आश्रय लेकर उसे नष्ट न करो। जो क्षत्रिय धर्म के लिए लड़ने को तत्पर रहता है, वह अधर्म पर विजय प्राप्त करता है। जो पापी छल-कपट को अपनी आजीविका का साधन बनाता है, वह अपना ही नाश कर लेता है ॥ 15 1/2॥
The religion of gentlemen has always been in the good men. Therefore, do not destroy it by taking shelter of it. A kshatriya who is ready to fight for Dharma wins over Adharma. That sinner who makes deceit and fraud his means of livelihood, destroys himself. ॥ 15 1/2॥
