यच्च भूतं सम्भजते ये च भूतास्तदन्वया:।
अधर्मस्थे हि नृपतौ सर्वे शोचन्ति पार्थिव॥ १३॥
अनुवाद
हे राजन! राजा जिन प्राणियों को भोजन आदि देकर उनकी सेवा करता है तथा जो राजा के सम्बन्धी हैं, वे सब राजा के अधर्मी हो जाने पर विलाप करने लगते हैं॥13॥
O king! The creatures whom the king serves by giving them food etc. and those who are related to the king, all of them start lamenting when the king becomes unrighteous. ॥ 13॥
