| जो राजा की उन्नति से कभी संतुष्ट नहीं होता, उसकी अधिकाधिक उन्नति की कामना करता रहता है और उसकी अवनति होने पर अत्यन्त दुःखी होता है, वही अच्छे मित्र का लक्षण है ॥16॥ |
