राजर्षयोऽपि ते स्वर्ग्या धर्मो ह्येषां निरुच्यते।
यथैव पूर्णादुदधे: स्यन्दन्त्यापो दिशो दश॥ ३२॥
एवं राजकुलाद् वित्तं पृथिवीं प्रति तिष्ठति। |

| प्राचीन काल में जो राजा ऋषि थे और अब स्वर्ग में निवास करते हैं, उन्होंने भी राजा के कर्तव्य का उसी प्रकार वर्णन किया है, जिस प्रकार भरे हुए समुद्र से मेघों के रूप में जल उठकर सब दिशाओं में बरसता है। उसी प्रकार राजाओं के घरों से धन निकलकर पृथ्वी पर फैल जाता है। ॥32 1/2॥ |

| The kings who were sages in ancient times and who now reside in heaven have also explained the duty of a king in the same way as water rising from a full ocean in the form of clouds pours down in all directions.
