यदि ब्राह्मण इन तीन अवसरों पर शस्त्र उठाता है - अपनी रक्षा के लिए, अन्य जातियों पर आने वाले अनिष्ट को रोकने के लिए, तथा अत्यन्त दुष्ट लोगों का दमन करने के लिए - तो उसे इसमें कोई दोष नहीं लगता ॥ 34॥
If a Brahmin takes up arms on these three occasions - for his own protection, to stop any evil that is coming to the other castes, and to suppress the most wicked people - he is not blamed for it. ॥ 34॥
