सुरासुरगणानां च देवर्षीणां च भाविनि।
ननु नागा महावीर्या: सौरसेयास्तरस्विन:॥ ३॥
वन्दनीयाश्च वरदा वयमप्यनुयायिन:।
मनुष्याणां विशेषेण नावेक्ष्या इति मे मति:॥ ४॥ |

| भाविनी! सुरसा के वंशज सर्प अत्यंत बलवान और वेगवान हैं। वे देवता, दानव और ऋषि-मुनियों द्वारा भी पूज्य हैं। हम भी अपने सेवकों को वरदान देने वाले हैं। मेरा विश्वास है कि हमारे दर्शन, विशेषकर मनुष्यों के लिए, सुगम नहीं हैं। ॥3-4॥ |

| Bhavini! The snakes who are the descendants of Surasa are very powerful and very swift. They are worshipable even by the Gods, Demons and sages. We too are the ones who grant boons to our servants. It is my belief that our Darshan is not easy especially for humans. ॥ 3-4॥ |
