अग्नि तो एक ही है; परन्तु वह अनेक रूपों में जलती और चमकती है। एक ही सूर्य सम्पूर्ण जगत को ताप और प्रकाश देता है। तपस्या अनेक प्रकार की होती है; परन्तु उसका मूल एक ही है। एक ही वायु इस जगत में अनेक रूपों में प्रवाहित होती है और समुद्र भी समस्त जलों का उद्गम और प्रलय का स्थान है। उसी प्रकार वह निराकार जगतरूप पुरुष भी एक ही है। उस निराकार पुरुष में सब कुछ विलीन हो जाता है॥10॥
There is only one fire; but it burns and shines in many forms. One sun gives heat and light to the whole world. There are many types of tapasya; but its origin is one. One and the same air flows in this world in many forms and the ocean is also the place of origin and dissolution of all waters. In the same way, that formless world-form Purush (man) is also one. Everything dissolves in that formless Purush.॥10॥
