तत्त्ववेत्ता व्यासजी ने पहले हमें वेदों और महाभारत का अर्थ समझाया, तत्पश्चात् भगवान नारायण को अपने जन्म की कथा इस प्रकार सुनानी आरम्भ की -॥15॥
The philosopher Vyasa first explained to us the meaning of the Vedas and the Mahabharata. After that he began to narrate to Lord Narayana the story of his birth in the following manner -॥15॥
