भूपाल! सृष्टि के आदि में जब ब्रह्माजी भगवान नारायण के मुख से मानसिक रूप से उत्पन्न हुए थे, उस समय स्वयं नारायण ने उन्हें इस धर्म का उपदेश दिया था। भरतनन्दन! नारायण ने उस धर्म से देवताओं और पितरों का पूजन अनुष्ठान किया था। तब फेनप ऋषियों ने उस धर्म को स्वीकार किया था॥13-14॥
Bhupal! In the beginning of creation, when Brahmaji was mentally born from the mouth of Lord Narayana, at that time Narayana himself had preached this religion to him. Bharatanandan! Narayana had performed the rituals of worshipping the gods and ancestors with that religion. Then the Fenap sages accepted that religion.॥ 13-14॥
