वाणी के संयम काल में सबके हितैषी, वरदाता और देवताओं के स्वामी ब्रह्माजी ने सबसे पहले ब्राह्मणों की रचना की, तत्पश्चात् ब्राह्मणों से शेष जातियों की उत्पत्ति हुई॥ 21॥
During the time of control of speech, the Brahmins were first created by Brahmaji, the well-wisher of all, the bestower of boons and the lord of gods. Then, the rest of the castes originated from the Brahmins.॥ 21॥
