जिनके राज्य में ब्राह्मणों के लिए जीविका नहीं होती, उनके पास सवारी, बैल और घोड़े नहीं होते; वे दूसरों को देने के लिए दूध-दही के बर्तन नहीं मथते; वे अपनी मर्यादा का उल्लंघन करने वाले डाकू बन जाते हैं॥19॥
Those kings in whose kingdoms there is no livelihood for brahmins do not have rides, bulls and horses; they do not churn the pots of milk and curd to give to others and they become robbers, transgressing their limits.॥ 19॥
