इस प्रकार सम्पूर्ण राज्य में शान्ति स्थापित करके तुम्हें उसी प्रकार अश्वमेध यज्ञ करना चाहिए, जिस प्रकार पूर्वकाल में विजयी इन्द्र ने किया था।
Having thus established peace in the entire kingdom, you should perform the Ashwamedha Yagna in the same manner as the victorious Indra had performed in the past.
