राजन! तुम्हें यह जानना चाहिए कि काल ही जीव के पाप-पुण्य का साक्षी है। कर्मरूपी डोरी के सहारे ही वह भविष्य में सुख-दुःख उत्पन्न करता है। वही समयानुसार कर्मों का फल देता है॥19॥
