न गुर्वक्षरसंयुक्तं पराङ्मुखसुखं न च।
नानृतं न त्रिवर्गेण विरुद्धं नाप्यसंस्कृतम्॥ ८८॥
अनुवाद
मेरे इस कथन में गुरु और क्रूर वचनों का मेल नहीं होगा; इसमें कोमल और कोमल वचन होंगे। यह निराशावादी लोगों को प्रिय नहीं होगा। यह न तो मिथ्या होगा, न धर्म, अर्थ और काम के विरुद्ध होगा और न ही संस्कारों से रहित होगा। 88।
In this statement of mine, there will be no combination of Guru and cruel words; it will have soft and delicate words. It will not be pleasant for the people who are pessimistic. It will neither be a lie nor against Dharma, Artha and Kama and will be devoid of sanskars. 88.
