राजेन्द्र! प्रकृति से संयोग के समय ऐसा प्रतीत होता है मानो उसने पुरुष तद्रूपता प्राप्त कर ली है, क्योंकि वह उससे अभिन्न प्रतीत होता है, किन्तु उस अवस्था में भी वह प्रकृति से एकाकार नहीं होता, उसकी पृथकता बनी रहती है। इस प्रकार पुरुष प्रकृति से एकाकार भी प्रतीत होता है और पृथक भी। 21॥
Rajendra! At the time of union with nature, it seems as if it has attained the Purusha Tadrupta because it appears to be inseparable from it, but even in that state it does not mix with nature, its separateness remains. In this way man appears united with nature as well as separate. 21॥
