सृष्टि और संहार प्रकृति का धर्म है। इसीलिए प्रकृति को अक्षर कहा गया है। यही प्रकृति महत्तत्त्व आदि गुणों की सृष्टि के लिए बार-बार विकृत होती है। इसीलिए इसे क्षर भी कहा गया है। 13॥
Creation and destruction is the religion of nature. That is why nature has been called a letter. The same nature repeatedly gets distorted for the creation of qualities like Mahatattva etc. That is why it is also called Kshar. 13॥
