यदि धर्म का नाश न हो और उसका पालन किया जाए, तो समस्त प्रजा सुखी होती है। राजेन्द्र! प्रजा के सुखी होने पर स्वर्ग के देवता भी सुखी होते हैं। ॥13॥
If Dharma is not destroyed and is followed, then all the people are happy. Rajendra! When the people are happy, even the gods in heaven are happy. ॥ 13॥
