जो संयमी लोगों पर क्रोध करते हैं, सज्जनों पर अत्याचार करते हैं, अहंकारी और लोभी हैं, ऐसे लोगों को बिना किसी संदेह के उस देश में निवास करना चाहिए जहाँ कठोर और कठोर दंड दिया जाता है ॥ 55॥
Those who get angry at self-controlled people, oppress noble people, are arrogant and greedy, such people should without any second thoughts reside in a country where severe and harsh punishments are given. ॥ 55॥
