हे देवों के स्वामी! जगन्नाथ! आप अमृत के पान करने वाले और अपने अनुयायियों के स्वामी हैं। आप विष और मृत्यु से रक्षा करते हैं तथा दूध और सोम का रस पीते हैं। आप भोग से भ्रष्ट हुए जीवों के प्रधान रक्षक हैं और तुषित नामक देवताओं के मूल, ब्रह्माजी के भी रक्षक हैं। 156।
O lord of gods! Jagannath! You are the drinker of nectar and the lord of your followers. You protect against poison and death and drink milk and Som juice. You are the chief protector of the living beings corrupted by pleasure and also the protector of Brahmaji, the origin of the gods named Tusita. 156.
