आप ही दीक्षित (यज्ञ की दीक्षा लेने वाले), दीक्षित न होने वाले, क्षमा करने वाले, दुष्ट और दुराचारी प्राणियों का नाश करने वाले, चंद्रमाओं (महीनों) को दोहराने वाले, युगों (कल्पों) को दोहराने वाले, संवर्त (प्रलय) और संप्रवर्तक (सृष्टि को पुनः प्रारंभ करने वाले) भी हैं॥147॥
You are also the one who is Dixit (the one who takes the initiation of Yagya), the one who is uninitiated, the one who forgives, the one who destroys evil and unruly creatures, the one who repeats the moon (months), the one who repeats the eras (kalpa), the Samvarta (doomsday) and the Sampravartak (the one who starts the creation again). 147॥
