ततस्तं भगवान् धर्मो यज्ञं याजयत: स्वयम्।
समाधानं च भार्याया लेभे स तपसा परम्॥ १९॥

तत्पश्चात् भगवान धर्म ने स्वयं सत्य का यज्ञ किया। तब सत्य ने तप किया और अपनी पत्नी पुष्करधारिणी की मनःस्थिति के अनुसार उत्तम उपाय प्राप्त किया (उन्हें दृढ़ विश्वास हो गया कि हिंसा से महान हानि होती है, अहिंसा ही परम कल्याण का एकमात्र साधन है)।॥19॥
Thereafter, Lord Dharma himself performed the yagya of Satya. Then Satya performed penance and got the best solution as per the state of mind of his wife Pushkardharini (he became firmly convinced that violence causes great harm, non-violence is the only means of ultimate welfare).॥19॥
