नालं सुखाय सुहृदो नालं दु:खाय शत्रव:।
न च प्रजालमर्थेभ्यो न सुखेभ्योऽप्यलं धनम्॥ ३२॥
अनुवाद
न तो मित्र सुख दे सकते हैं, न शत्रु दुःख दे सकते हैं, इसी प्रकार न तो मनुष्य धन दे सकते हैं और न धन सुख दे सकता है॥ 32॥
Neither friends are capable of giving happiness nor enemies are capable of giving pain. Similarly, neither people can give wealth nor wealth can give happiness.॥ 32॥
