जो पुरुष स्त्री की कामवासना को तब भी जगाता है, जब वह मैथुन-सुख से तृप्त होने का कोई लक्षण भी नहीं दिखाती, वह स्पष्टतः पाप करता है। इसमें संशय नहीं है॥41॥
‘A man who arouses a woman's desire even when she has not shown any sign of being satisfied with the pleasure of sexual intercourse, clearly commits sin. There is no doubt about this. ॥ 41॥
