जो लोग स्वयं हत्या और बंदी अवस्था में होने वाले कष्ट को जानते हुए भी दूसरों को हत्या, बंदी और कारावास की पीड़ा देते हैं और उनसे दिन-रात काम करवाते हैं, उनकी आप निंदा क्यों नहीं करते? ॥39॥
Why do you not condemn those who, despite knowing the pain they suffer in the state of killing and captivity, put others through the pain of killing, captivity and imprisonment and make them work day and night? ॥39॥
