जिस प्रकार मृत्यु के मुख में जाने से सभी डरते हैं, उसी प्रकार जिस व्यक्ति का स्मरण मात्र से सभी चिंतित हो जाते हैं तथा जो बोलने में कठोर तथा दण्ड देने में कठोर है, ऐसे व्यक्ति को महान भय का सामना करना पड़ता है।
