चचार लोकान् विप्रर्षि: प्रेक्षमाणो मनोजव:॥ ४॥

राजन! तब किसी समय समुद्र के तट पर जलक्षेत्र में निवास करने वाले वे महान एवं तेजस्वी विप्रर्षि मन की गति से सम्पूर्ण लोकों को देखने के लिए भ्रमण करने लगे॥4॥
Rajan! Then, at some time, those great and brilliant Viprarshi who resided in the watery region on the sea shore, started traveling with the speed of their mind to see all the worlds. 4॥
