कुछ शक्तिशाली लोग (अपने बल के अभिमान में नास्तिक वृत्ति का आश्रय लेकर) धर्म को दुर्बलों का आचरण समझते हैं; किन्तु जब दुर्भाग्यवश वे भी दुर्बल हो जाते हैं, तब वे भी अपनी रक्षा के लिए धर्म का ही आश्रय लेना श्रेयस्कर समझते हैं॥13॥
Some powerful people (taking shelter of atheistic attitude in the pride of their power) consider Dharma to be the practice of the weak; but when unfortunately they too become weak, then they too find it better to resort to Dharma for their protection.॥ 13॥
