वानप्रस्थी महात्मा लोग भूमि पर लोटते हैं, पंजों के बल खड़े होते हैं, एक स्थान पर बैठते हैं, स्नान करते हैं और तीनों समय संध्यावंदन करते हैं॥ 11॥
The Vanaprasthi Mahatmas roll on the ground, stand on their toes, sit in one place and take bath and perform evening prayers at all the three times.॥ 11॥
