जो मनुष्य तप धर्म से युक्त होकर, आत्मसंयम का पूर्ण पालन करते हुए सदैव तप में तत्पर रहता है, वह इसके द्वारा अपने मन में जो भी कामनाएँ रखता है, उन सब को प्राप्त कर लेता है ॥9॥
A man who is united with the religion of austerity and is always devoted to austerity while fully observing self-restraint, achieves all the desires that he wishes for in his mind through it. ॥9॥
