तत्पश्चात् संकल्प (अव्यक्त मन) दीर्घकाल तक व्यक्त मन सहित चन्द्रमा को वश में कर लेता है और समष्टि बुद्धि संकल्प को ग्रस लेती है। वह बुद्धि ही श्रेष्ठ ज्ञान मानी गई है॥15॥
Thereafter, Sankalp (unmanifested mind) over a long period of time subjugates the moon along with the manifested mind and the collective intelligence engulfs Sankalp. That intelligence is considered to be the best knowledge.॥15॥
