तत्पश्चात्, दृश्य जगत् को व्यक्त करने वाला मन, मन से ही प्रकट हुए आकाश के गुणों को, अर्थात् शब्द को, अपने में लीन कर लेता है। इस प्रकार ब्रह्मा के मन में व्यक्त मन और अव्यक्त (महत्त्व) का संयोग ब्रह्म प्रलय कहलाता है। 13॥
Thereafter, the mind that expresses the visible phenomena absorbs into itself the qualities of the sky, the word, which had appeared from the mind itself. In this way, the union of the expressed mind and the unexpressed (mahatattva) in the mind of Brahma is called Brahma Pralay. 13॥
