यदि धन के विषय में कोई संदेह हो, अर्थात् यह प्रश्न उठे कि धन सचमुच मेरा है या किसी और का, और धन का अधिकारी अपने किसी मित्र से पंचायत द्वारा मामला तय करने की प्रार्थना करे, तो वह मित्र अपने बाल के बराबर भी स्वार्थ के कारण उसकी संपत्ति नष्ट कर देता है।
If there is any doubt about the wealth, i.e. if the question arises as to whether the wealth is truly mine or someone else's, and the person entitled to the wealth requests one of his friends to settle the matter through a Panchayat, then that friend, for his selfish interests as small as a hair's edge, ruins his property. 70 1/2.
