बहूनीन्द्रसहस्राणि दैवतानां युगे युगे।
अभ्यतीतानि कालेन कालो हि दुरतिक्रम:॥ ४१॥
अनुवाद
प्रत्येक युग में (प्रत्येक मन्वन्तर में) इन्द्रियों के परिवर्तन के कारण अब तक देवताओं के हजारों इन्द्र काल के चंगुल में जा चुके हैं; अतः काल का उल्लंघन करना किसी के लिए भी अत्यंत कठिन है ॥ 41॥
Due to the change of senses in each age (in each Manvantar), till now thousands of Indras of the gods have gone into the clutches of time; hence it is extremely difficult for anyone to violate time. ॥ 41॥
