जो मृत्यु से जल चुका है, उसे अग्नि जला देती है। जो मृत्यु से मारा गया है, उसे कोई और मार देता है। जो नष्ट हो चुका है, उसे कोई न कोई नष्ट कर देता है और जिसकी प्राप्ति निश्चित है, उसे ही मनुष्य पकड़ लेता है।॥20॥
The fire burns that which has already been burnt by death. The one who has already been killed by death is killed by someone else. The thing which has already been destroyed is destroyed by someone and the one which is already destined to be attained is the one which a man gets hold of.॥ 20॥
