नैव धर्मी न चाधर्मी द्वन्द्वातीतो विमत्सर:।
ज्ञानतृप्त: सुखं शेते ह्यमृतात्मा न संशय:॥

वह अविनाशी ईश्वर न तो धर्मी है और न ही अधर्मी। वह द्वंद्वों से परे है और ईर्ष्या-द्वेष से रहित है। इसमें कोई संदेह नहीं कि वह ज्ञान से तृप्त होकर सुखपूर्वक सोता है।
That immortal God is neither righteous nor unrighteous. He is beyond conflicts and void of jealousy and hatred. There is no doubt that he sleeps happily after being satisfied with knowledge.
