वाक् च शब्दविशेषार्थमिति पञ्चान्वितं विदु:।
एवमेकादशैतानि बुद्धॺाऽऽशु विसृजेन्मन:॥ २२॥
अनुवाद
वाणी इन्द्रिय विशेष शब्दों के उच्चारण के लिए है। इस प्रकार पाँच कर्मेन्द्रियाँ पाँच विषयों से युक्त मानी गई हैं। मन सहित ग्यारहवीं इन्द्रिय के विषयों को बुद्धि द्वारा शीघ्र ही त्याग देना चाहिए। 22॥
The sense of speech is for pronouncing particular words. In this way, the five karmendriyas are considered to be comprised of five subjects. The objects of the eleventh senses including the mind should be quickly abandoned by the intellect. 22॥
